About

When I madee this site 15 years ago, I wrote this as my bio, I figured I'd leave it here for posterity.
I'm a photographer and UX designer living in Los Angeles. I got my undergraduate degree from Princeton, and my M.F.A. from The School of Visual Arts. I taught Photo Theory and the History of Photography at College for Creative Studies in Detroit.
I'm addicted to silver gelatin and the view camera, but I'm slowly coming around to the idea of digital.
If you're curious you can follow me on twitter, or you can email me: [email protected].
Some time later...
I don't know that I would still say that I'm a photographer at this point, but I do still love these photographs and am proud to have them out in the world again.
I'm still in LA, went from UX to product management, and have some dogs and kids. You can still email me at [email protected].
These days my wife Kim and I are running Setpiece, a product and strategy consultancy.
